CRAB  &  CORN  BISQUE2




1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

 Saute above ingredients in large pan. --ADD ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:--

2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans creamed corn
3 c. milk
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of hot sauce

 Cook until heated.  Stir in 1 pound crabmeat and discard the bay leaves.  Makes 10 cups.
